CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are completely free of charge and must be booked prior to a Personal Training session.
Why do I need to book a consultation?
- The personal trainer can meet you and fill in a health and fitness questionnaire.
- Find out exactly what your goals are and how this can be done with your lifestyle.
- You will be asked to perform a fit test that is tailored on the spot with your goals – this needs to be at least 2 days before a personal training session giving the PT a chance to tailor your plan accordingly.
- Your PT will also ask for a 7 day food diary of your normal eating habits so they can see where they can help with the nutrition side of things to help with your goals.
