CGX offers fitness classes and activity clubs catering for children of all ages.
From fun and games for 5 year olds to bootcamps, dance based classes and cycling for teenagers and kids fitness pilates to educate children of all ages about their body in a fun, age appropriate way.
We’ve got something to keep kids of all ages and abilities active and entertained.
Parents can also fit in a class whilst the kids are busy have fun.
At CGX we are passionate about children’s health and fitness regardless of their abilities. Children do not have to be interested in sports and be super active to enjoy exercise – there is so much variety and at CGX we are making it our mission to provide a fun , safe experience of exercise for ALL children

Kids and Teens fitness Pilates
Introducing kids to fitness Pilates at a young age will make them more body aware and teach them good posture habits which they can take into adulthood.
FITNESS PILATES will work the whole body with emphasis on function for overall health. It can help improve posture, gain strength, improve performance and boost energy levels. A rigorous exercise regime may not be beneficial to children and could in fact be harmful. Why? Concerns stem from the fact a child’s developing skeletal frame can’t handle the demanding forms of exercise in more cardiovascular programs. For these children, a safer, healthier, low impact workout is needed making fitness Pilates a perfect choice.
