CGX RIDE HIIT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, using an indoor bike to achieve super fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. Quick, Effective and High Calorie Burn!
CGX Ride is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
A range of instructor led spin classes from 30 to 45 minutes delivered by our own fully qualified, highly trained and experienced instructors. Classes include: Team challenges on the big screen, Party Rhythm & Ride to the beat Classes with disco lights, Music themed 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s classes and more!
